The Communities can expect cider, a photo booth, and a Plinko game with prizes. The Home Care Crew is made up of representatives from Adara Home Health, St. Croix Hospice and Freedom Home Care. The intention of the Home Care Crew is to educate the community on how Home Health, Hospice and Home Care all work together to care for their clients.
