Josh Humbert brings 16 years of experience serving older adults and their families to his role as Sales and Marketing Director at Freedom Home Care. His background includes home care, hospital and clinic settings, assisted living and memory care communities, giving him a broad perspective on the needs of clients and the importance of compassionate, personalized support.
 
Throughout his career, Josh has held roles ranging from direct care and medical assisting to senior living leadership, including Care Team Manager, Business Office Manager and Executive Director. He is a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) and an essentiALZ® Certified Dementia Trainer through the Alzheimer’s Association. His passion for person-centered care, along with his knowledge of Minnesota care regulations, helps families feel supported, informed and confident as they navigate care decisions.
 
Josh holds degrees in Medical Assisting and Applied Health Sciences from Rasmussen University and served on the Medical Assisting Advisory Board at Rasmussen University. He is also affiliated with Care Providers of Minnesota.
 
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. In warmer months, he can often be found gardening, grilling on the patio or relaxing at the lake. In the fall, he enjoys deer, pheasant, duck and goose hunting.
