Erin Trevino brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role as Owatonna Branch Manager at Freedom Home Care. Her background includes long-term care, assisted living, memory care, home care and agency staffing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of clients and families across every stage of care.

Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Erin works closely with individuals and their loved ones to understand their goals, connect them with the right resources and develop personalized care solutions that promote safety, independence and quality of life. Her diverse experience, combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills, allows her to build trusted relationships and provide meaningful support to the families she serves.

Erin attended Riverland Community College and Dakota County Technical College, where she earned certifications that have supported her career in healthcare. Throughout her career, clients, families and colleagues have recognized her dedication, reliability and commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Orlando, and their three children, Adrian, Daijah and Orlando Jr. Whether cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, watching basketball or football together or enjoying the company of their three dogs and two cats, family is at the center of her life. One of her favorite traditions is gathering every Sunday at her parents’ home for family dinner, where generations come together to create lasting memories.
