Lisa brings more than 13 years of professional HR experience—and three years in the health care field—to her role as Caregiver Experience Manager at Freedom Home Care. Her background includes leadership in hiring, training, mentoring, employee retention, evaluations, and building high-performing teams. This work has strengthened her ability to create supportive, well-structured environments where caregivers feel valued and clients receive exceptional service.
 
Throughout her career, Lisa has developed expertise in recruiting and developing quality caregivers, implementing effective training and mentorship programs, and fostering strong employee engagement. She is passionate about helping caregivers feel confident and prepared, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. Lisa also believes in building meaningful connections with clients, regularly checking in to understand their needs and ensure they feel supported.
 
Lisa is currently working toward SHRM certification and has served as a volunteer Confirmation and Sunday School teacher for more than 18 years.
 
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family—her husband Jeff; daughter Megan and son-in-law Cody; son Austin and  daughter in law Tori, and son Tyler; and her sweet three-year-old granddaughter, Ainsley. She also loves relaxing at home with movies and her pug, and she never turns down the chance for a warm-weather family vacation, especially annual trips to Florida.
