Chipotle Fundraiser for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Please join the Freedom Home Care team for a special Walk to End Alzheimer’s fundraiser at Chipotle on Tuesday, August 13th  from 4 to 8 p.m.  The Freedom Home Care team is walking to honor our FHC clients and their families and to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s disease.  All the funds our team raises furthers the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Present this flyer –  Chipotle Flyer 2019 to Chipotle staff upon paying for your order and 33% of the proceeds will be donated to the Freedom Home Care Walk to End Alzheimer’s Team!

The fundraiser does not work on online orders. You must purchase your order in store or you an call 1-800-CHIPOTLE to place your order if you’d like your catering or Burritos by the Box order to count towards our fundraiser. (You must place your order at least 24 hours in advance and pick it up during the timeframe of your fundraiser. When you call, let them know you will pay upon pick up. When you pick up your order, alert the cashier before payment that you would like it to count towards your fundraiser.)
