Everyday we serve clients and families living with Dementia or Alzheimer's. This is our chance to help them in a new and impactful way. By joining the Walk to End Alzheimer's we raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease!
Please join the Freedom Home Care team for a special Walk to End Alzheimer's fundraiser at Chipotle on Tuesday, August 13th from 4 to 8 p.m. The Freedom Home Care team is walking to honor our FHC clients and their families and to raise awareness for Alzheimer's disease. All the funds our team raises furthers the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
