Benedictine Living Community Rehab department and Freedom Home Care will identify where and why falls happen, as well as any medical reasons or medications that may contribute to falls. Discussions will include environmental factors that may lead to falls and how to prevent them. You will also learn exercises to improve you balance and strength to avoid falls.

Being a caregiver for a loved one can be very challenging. Join us for a monthly confidential and faith-based Caregiver Support Group facilitated by Freedom Home Care staff and Kim Alinder from Birchwood Cottages Memory Care.

Area Seniors, Baby Boomers and their families are invited to the Ninth Annual St. Peter Area Senior Expo: Boomers & Beyond. The expo takes place on Thursday, September 19 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the St. Peter Community Center Gymnasium and Senior Center located at 601 Washington Avenue, St. Peter, MN.
