Please join the Freedom Home Care team for a special Walk to End Alzheimer's fundraiser at Chipotle on Tuesday, August 13th from 4 to 8 p.m. The Freedom Home Care team is walking to honor our FHC clients and their families and to raise awareness for Alzheimer's disease. All the funds our team raises furthers the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. |
